He enjoyed playing Dart Ball for over 50 years and getting together for his Wednesday afternoon card club but most of all, he cherished his granddaughter and attending her activities, never missing a soccer or softball game. A graduate of Marysville High School, Marvin served in the National Guard, worked 42 years at O.M. Scott’s, retiring as a shipping manager. Born July 9, 1941 in Marysville. On May 2, 1965, he married his wife of 51 years, Sharon (Wasserbeck) and she survives in Marysville. Also surviving is his son, Brad (Tara) Gilbert of Marysville; his granddaughter, Emma Karen Gilbert of Marysville ohiohams.net
